Award winning Hollywood Park 5,000 sq. ft. remodel. There was unlimited potential for this two-story home overlooking the Sonterra Golf Course. Scope of work included a full remodel and furnishings throughout the entirety of the space. The goal for the space was to create an open floor plan between the kitchen and dining room, along with adding an additional 2-car garage. The challenge of this renovation was to transform the outdated home from the 1970’s while creating an entirely new design style for the client.
